It has been one heck of a year. Most of, if not all of us, have never witnessed a global pandemic before. It affected almost every person on the planet, and the effects might be long-lasting for some. Most of us have experienced a type of loss as a result of covid-19. It may have been in the form of loved ones, finances or even a deterioration in mental health.

Here are a few photographs depicting how covid-19 has affected people around Seoul, South Korea. Of course, this is by no means a complete representation of how everyone has experienced this pandemic.

Some conveyed the difficulty of this pandemic in their body language, while others chose to navigate the situation one step at a time to go on with life.
